I wanted to see whether that ordering of classes per dps really holds up. So, I created a bunch of instant 65 characters and proceeded to test it. Me being the contrarian that I am, I denied the fleet dummies, but instead went for lvl18 dummies on Dromund Kaas. The principle should be the same. Some of these I've ****ed up partly because they're so different to what they used to be(the one skill that mostly infuriated me was the Blade Barrage -> I miss my 2 GCD super hard hitting Master Strike). Here are the results(parsed with starparse):

Focus: 455dps(460dps max)
SENTINEL:
Watchman: 470dps(485dps potential)
Combat: 450dps(~470dps potential-I done fuked up this good)
