The Fel Spire allows players to kill Normal Mannoroth 4 times for Fel Essence and unlock Fel Conduit--a teleport to Archimonde in Hellfire Citadel. There are also Heroic andMythic versions of the quest available. This quest is available after Well of Souls is completed--killing Gorefiend 4 times to activate Soul Conduit.

Each Hellfire Citadel boss has a unique achievement that counts towards Glory of the Hellfire Raider. This rewards Infernal Direwolf. Mannoroth's special achievement is Bad Manner(oth).
