Starting Off

To start off every good gold farmer needs a decent set of bags. I'd recommend using

Hexweave Bag (but any size bag will work.)
I would also suggest locating the vendors in Wintergarde Keep if you are Alliance and in Venomspite if you are Horde and setting your

Hearthstone in Dalaran, Wintergarde or Venomspite as this will help you move around a lot faster.

These are the closest vendors to Naxxaramas the closest vendors to The Pit of Saron are located inside of ICC. Horde and Alliance vendor. Although the Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth makes for a great gold farming companion.

To increase your net gains I would also suggest leveling up Tailoring to 325 for

Cloth Scavenging which gives you significantly more cloth drops. This is a good Tailoring Guideand the one that I used.

Pit of Saron

Pit of Saron is the easiest of the 2 farming spots in this guide. It is also the fastest. While not yielding as much cloth and trash drops as Naxx. Pit of Saron Heroic has the chance to drop

Battered Hilt which sells anywhere from 5-20k gold. I can't give you an "exact" gold per hour because it varies per run and the estimates are usually misleading.

This is probably my favorite spot to farm for gold due to the

Battered Hilt drop which if you get lucky can skyrocket your gold per hour. It is also the quickest rout of the two spots.

Pros & Cons

Can be run with in 6 minutes causing you to go over your instance cap.
Gold gains without Battered Hilt drops can be less than Naxxaramas.
Cloth drops are also lower than Naxxaramas.
If you have the Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth it can make dumping grays and other trash to a vendor extremely quick.

Route

Pull all of the mobs before the big hole in the middle and proceed to the right of the quarry.
DO NOT KILL ANY BOSSES IT WILL LOCK YOU OUT

Pull all of the mobs to the second pillar from the left. This will cause all the casters to come within melee range.

Naxxaramas

Naxxaramas is another great spot to farm cloth and Uncommon - Epic trash drops. Naxxaramas takes a bit more set up to get the spot to work refer to my "resetting the Instance" section below.

Pros and Cons

This spot takes about twice the time to run as Pit of Saron this can either be seen as a pro or con. This means it can be run under the instance limit per hour potentially increasing your gold earned per hour.
Naxxaramas is located pretty close to both the Horde & Alliance vendors, & mailboxes for sending cloth and other items to bank toons.
Harder for charaters lower than level 92. Since Naxxaramas is a level 80 Raid the mobs will still be able to hit you at 90 although it shouldn't be much of a challenge

Resetting Naxx

Start off by setting your raid difficulty to legacy 25man. Before you enter the raid
Next you will kill all the trash leading up to Noth the Plaguebringer. Now Kill Noth the Plaguebringer. Continue to clear trash in the Mushroom area.
Now you should see the next boss room with Heigan the Unclean standing on a sort of stage DO NOT KILL HIM
Collect your loot and run out of the instance. Once you are out of the instance reset it by clicking your portrait. Now Set the raid difficulty to legacy 10man.
Now clear the trash leading up to Heigan the Unclean. Now you just rinse and repeat keep it on 10man and just reset the instance.
